What Information Pilla Collects
Any Personal Data or other data you make available to Pilla either through the Web Site or otherwise is done so voluntarily, with your knowledge and consent when placing an order, making a request, submission or registration for services from Pilla. The Personal Data we may collect includes your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information.
Registration and order forms contain both mandatory fields and non-mandatory fields; if you choose not to complete the mandatory fields then Pilla may not be able to respond to your request, complete your order or activate your option choices.
When you visit Pilla, our web servers automatically recognize information regarding your IP address and where visitors navigate to on the Site. We track this information so we can improve our services and enhance your Pilla experience.
How Pilla Uses Information You Provide
We use information provided by you on the Web Site to register you with our Web Site, to administer and improve Site services, to process any orders you may place online, to communicate with you about your order and/or to track our visitors’ use of the Web Site for internal market research or other business purposes. If you give us your email address, we may send you product announcements, special offers and other information from time to time.
Does Pilla Share Your Information With Others?
Pilla does not sell or rent our clients’ names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any entity. We may share your Personal Data with third parties who provide services for us related to the Web Site. All of our service providers are required to keep your Personal Data confidential. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties, unless required by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. If Pilla is acquired by another entity, information about Pilla clients may be made available to the new entity.
Any Personal Data you submit through the Web Site will be transmitted through a secure server using Secure Socket Layering (SSL), encryption technology. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area.
Pilla uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you give us. We restrict access to Personal Data to those employees who need the information to perform their jobs. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence.
